A company is looking for a Friedman ERP Support Engineer & lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operations for Friedman ERP modules including Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Financials
- Analyze recurring issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA) for permanent fixes
- Manage ticket lifecycle using ITSM tools, ensuring compliance with change and release management processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in ERP application support, with at least 3 years in Friedman ERP
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and ERP workflows
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and troubleshooting
- Experience with job scheduling tools and interface monitoring
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow
