Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Certinia PSA Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure Certinia PSA on Salesforce, managing various functionalities
  • Support and train PMO staff and global user base on PSA capabilities and enhancements
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure system alignment with cross-functional needs


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience administering Certinia PSA
  • 3+ years of experience with Certinia Billing Central and/or Certinia Revenue Management
  • Experience supporting a global user base, including operations in India
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
