A company is looking for a Lead Certinia PSA Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Certinia PSA on Salesforce, managing various functionalities
- Support and train PMO staff and global user base on PSA capabilities and enhancements
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure system alignment with cross-functional needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience administering Certinia PSA
- 3+ years of experience with Certinia Billing Central and/or Certinia Revenue Management
- Experience supporting a global user base, including operations in India
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
