Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the GSOC into a high-performing managed service
• Oversee 24/7 global monitoring, incident triage, and escalation
• Develop and execute operational excellence roadmaps aligned with enterprise risk priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management, risk management, operations, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Experience working in matrixed global organizations with remote and hybrid workforces
• Background in law enforcement, emergency management, defense, or public safety
• Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP)
