Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to provide technical and customer support for both local and remote staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications
- Provide support for complex computing environments and conduct technology evaluations
- Manage internal assets and coordinate audio/video equipment in conference rooms
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in an office/enterprise setting supporting Windows/MAC environments
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure/Entra Management
- Experience with security products and remote desktop support tools
- Knowledge of Information Security and Network Security practices
- Familiarity with SOX and HIPAA environments is a plus
