Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and coordinate with IT teams to automate and enable business processes on the ServiceNow platform
• Design and maintain the architecture for integrating external applications with ServiceNow and ensure data integrity
• Serve as a platform champion, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring compliance with ServiceNow advancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5 or more years of experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically in ITSM and SPM
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
• Advanced understanding of Glide functions, APIs, and JavaScript
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, and managing complex implementations
