Organizational Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OCM and Asset Management Analyst to support enterprise transformation initiatives within IT Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
• Collaborate with asset management stakeholders to align OCM efforts with configuration and asset lifecycle improvements
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets and conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or ITIL Foundations
• Minimum three years of experience in change management roles, preferably in IT or enterprise technology projects
• Experience supporting Asset Management initiatives and ensuring compliance with IT Asset Management strategy
• US citizenship required
