New York Pharmacy IT Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Director of Pharmacy Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs the planning, design, and implementation of organization-wide information systems and technologies
• Coordinates the work of IT staff, contractors, and vendors, providing overall technical leadership
• Develops and maintains the IT operating budget and ensures compliance with budgetary controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Systems; Master's preferred
• 15 years of progressive information systems management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong background in pharmacy is required
• Experience with Epic Willow and/or Orders is required
