IT Systems and Security Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems & Security Administrator to manage IT operations and support cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve help desk requests, including software and hardware issues
• Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring proper access rights and secure workstation setups
• Maintain Microsoft 365 accounts and perform patch monitoring and vulnerability checks

Required Qualifications

• Experience configuring and managing Microsoft 365 systems
• Knowledge of device management via Microsoft Intune or equivalent tools
• Understanding of access control, MFA, encryption, and patch management
• Experience with firewall administration and network segmentation
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft 365 Certified are preferred
