Security Program Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Program Coordinator responsible for overseeing security-related projects and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while managing resources and developing project status reports
• Identify security risks and implement mitigation strategies, managing security systems such as access controls and incident response
• Collaborate with teams, vendors, and executives to align security goals and ensure adherence to security frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in security policies, information systems security, or computer operations
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• Experience with industrial and/or National Security Information security systems
• PMP and SEC+ certifications are highly desired
• Additional certifications such as CySA+, Pentest+, CISSP, CISM, and cloud certifications are preferred
