Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement remote access security strategies, policies, and procedures
• Lead and develop a team of security experts, offering mentorship and support
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of remote access systems to identify vulnerabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably with a focus on remote access security
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Solid grasp of remote access technologies and security standard methodologies
• Experience with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS)
