Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager - ServiceNow Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
• Build and maintain automation frameworks and integrate ServiceNow with external systems
• Develop automated test scripts and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
• 8 to 10 years of ServiceNow development experience and 3-4 years in a Tech-lead role
• Customer-facing technical consulting experience with ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
• Experience with AWS and ServiceNow integration, as well as Agile development methodology
