Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Analyst with strong configuration experience in Talent Management and Performance Management modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Workday Talent and Performance Management modules
• Collaborate with IT and reporting teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Manage and support performance cycles and related processes

Required Qualifications:

• Recent Workday configuration experience in Talent and Performance Management
• Strong understanding of Workday platform updates and release cycles
• Experience with performance cycle management and troubleshooting integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Optional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PMP, or CCBA
