IS Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IS Security GRC Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on emerging security products and participate in Security Incident Response activities
• Determine baseline security configuration standards and facilitate the operation of the infrastructure
• Serve as a security expert, communicate security concepts, and liaise with the internal audit team

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; preferred additional degrees in related fields
• 2 years IT experience with a Master's degree, or 4 years with a Bachelor's, or 6 years with an Associate's, or 8 years of IT experience
• Preferred 4 years of hands-on engineering and administration of security systems in an enterprise environment
• Experience with regulations and frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI, and NIST
• Preferred MCSE or equivalent certification
