A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide database administration and support for mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day database administration and support for CEMS applications and platforms
- Analyze hardware and software configuration changes and their impact on CEMS databases
- Support CEMS software releases and deployments, including database updates and migrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) supporting enterprise-level systems
- Strong experience with database design, modeling, and optimization techniques
- Experience performing database performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
