SAP Data Migration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP Replication & Data Migration Specialist fully remote in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement data replication between SAP HCM and other SAP systems
• Develop and maintain integration interfaces using SAP CPI, including iFlows and mappings
• Lead data migration and transformation activities for legacy-to-SAP and SAP-to-SAP HCM transitions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central
• In-depth expertise in configuring Business Integration Builder (BIB) and Point-to-Point (PTP) Replication
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM data models and infotype mapping
• Proven experience with SAP data migration tools and techniques
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors Integration Center and interface monitoring tools
