Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SRE/DevOps Engineer who will support cloud environments and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for infrastructure or platform issues
• Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve customer-facing incidents
• Manage and monitor AWS-hosted services and Kubernetes clusters

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in cloud operations, SRE, or technical support roles
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container-based deployments
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for infrastructure and applications
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving incidents in a collaborative team
