Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Applications Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and system administrators, overseeing the platform's architecture and performance
• Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow, driving adoption, innovation, and compliance with IT standards
• Analyze business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and support, with 5+ years in a management role
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its various modules
• Proven experience in managing platform upgrades and integrations with third-party systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is required; additional relevant certifications are preferred
