Senior IT Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Product Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and validate network devices and their compatibility with SNMP traps
• Configure alarms and SNMP trap settings, ensuring proper reporting to Spectrum
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate alarm integration and troubleshoot issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT Networking, Security, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in supporting Network Fault Management tools
• 10+ years of experience in supporting Network Performance Management tools
• 5 years of experience with Broadcom (CA) NetOps solutions
• Familiarity with networking protocols such as SNMP and MPLS
