Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time SuccessFactors Reporting (WFA) Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical expert for SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA)
• Manage the SAP ticketing process for WFA-related issues and provide troubleshooting support
• Design and implement complex queries, metrics, and reports using WFA and ORD

Required Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics - Technical Certification is required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics/reporting roles, with at least 2 years in SAP SuccessFactors WFA Technical configuration
• Deep expertise in WFA schema design and data structures
• Prior experience managing SAP tickets or serving as a technical liaison with SAP is preferred
