Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Network Analyst Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer and third-party provider calls and initiate incident tickets
  • Monitor network elements for anomalies and provide in-depth technical support via the helpdesk
  • Generate KPI reports and identify areas for improvement in documentation and processes
Required Qualifications
  • At least five years of experience in Help Desk support or Network Administration
  • Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and intermediate knowledge of Windows Office Suite
  • Knowledge of NextGen 911, VoIP, and network reporting tools
  • Industry recognized certifications (Network+, A+, ITIL, etc.) are a plus
  • A four-year college degree is a plus
