Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Network Analyst Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer and third-party provider calls and initiate incident tickets
- Monitor network elements for anomalies and provide in-depth technical support via the helpdesk
- Generate KPI reports and identify areas for improvement in documentation and processes
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in Help Desk support or Network Administration
- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and intermediate knowledge of Windows Office Suite
- Knowledge of NextGen 911, VoIP, and network reporting tools
- Industry recognized certifications (Network+, A+, ITIL, etc.) are a plus
- A four-year college degree is a plus
