Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - GTM and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational bridge between the Revenue Systems Architect and key stakeholder teams
• Manage sprint execution, backlog, and documentation while handling core Salesforce admin responsibilities
• Ensure data accuracy, monitor data hygiene practices, and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and GTM systems
• Strong expertise in building Salesforce Flows, formulas, and field logic
• Experience managing backlog and sprint ceremonies using Jira or similar tools
• Ability to create documentation, SOPs, and release notes for end-user clarity
• Deep understanding of CRM data governance and sales/marketing workflows
