Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a remote team of four, focusing on ticket management related to training, release management, and functionality
• Review the current build of the Qualifacts platform and identify inefficiencies
• Oversee the rollout of updates and new modules for the platform

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of at least three members
• Hands-on experience with Qualifacts, specifically CareLogic and OnCall
• Experience handling tickets related to functionality and release management
• Ability to balance player and coach responsibilities (20% player, 80% coach)
• Willingness to travel to Nashville or other locations for team meetings
