Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Manager to lead security initiatives within a healthcare IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop security teams across Threat & Vulnerability Management, Application Security, and Security Operations
• Direct daily Security Operations Center activities, including incident response and alert management
• Oversee the vulnerability management lifecycle and ensure timely remediation of security threats

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Experience leading Threat and Vulnerability Management or Security Operations teams
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and tools, including SIEMs and vulnerability scanners
• Experience with incident response and recovery processes
