Journeyman Computer Network Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Journeyman Computer Network Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily network operations across LAN, WAN, and hybrid environments
• Assist in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and assist in identifying and resolving bottlenecks and anomalies

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in network support and implementation
• Proven experience in supporting systems across public, private, and hybrid environments
• Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification at a minimum
• Additional certifications such as ASWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus
