A company is looking for an IT Project Analyst to manage IT infrastructure requests and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the intake process of IT infrastructure requests, including triage and communication
• Communicate effectively with assignment teams and customers
• Assess current processes and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience with IT infrastructure projects such as server, telecom, network, and data center migration
• Experience working within a hospital setting that provides 24/7 patient care
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Management, or an Associate's degree with 2 years of technical experience
