Workday Integrations Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations while gathering and analyzing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using various tools and technologies
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical documentation
• Monitor and support integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with security best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience
• Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Solid understanding of HCM, Payroll, or Financials functional domains
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Confluence for documentation and tracking
