Staff Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Application Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-stack Application Security across web, mobile, and cloud, integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines
• Lead AI/Model Security by defining and enforcing security practices for model hosting platforms
• Own API security by designing and implementing protections for REST and GraphQL endpoints

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in security engineering, with at least 5 years in Application Security at a senior or staff level
• Deep familiarity with modern web and mobile stacks (Node.js, React/React Native, Kotlin)
• Hands-on experience with security tools like SCA, SAST, and DAST
• Strong coding/scripting skills in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go
• Experience securing workloads in AWS and architecting CIAM/IAM solutions
