Job Summary
A company is looking for an Information Security Principal Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and execute vulnerability scans of FedRAMP environments and prepare documentation based on findings
- Prepare, validate, and maintain security documentation and support the security life cycle of major applications
- Advise stakeholders on security and privacy weaknesses and collaborate with project teams on security assessments and audits
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Federal government information security and privacy
- 7+ years in CyberSecurity with 4+ years of hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools
- Experience with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 Rev 4 (or 800-171) or agency equivalent
- Experience in preparing security documentation and evaluating security and privacy controls
- Capable of self-direction in complex vulnerability situations requiring in-depth troubleshooting
