Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, participating in product development and operational UAT sessions
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to meet project objectives and deadlines
• Coordinate and participate in all stages of project development, including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience leading project-focused initiatives in a cross-functional matrix
• Knowledge of IT applications and medical claims processing
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining project plans
