Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer onboarding and project management solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements
- Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and technical support for supported products
- Provide daily system administration, including maintenance and support for platforms, users, and integrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Computer and technical aptitude required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams, including senior leaders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to document configurations and processes accurately
- Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across different time zones
