Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support the design and implementation of complex workflow services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow workflows for backend service requests
• Utilize tools such as Workflow Studio, UI Builder, and Flow Designer to develop and configure workflows
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain user stories in alignment with SAFe practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow development in complex enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with the Xanadu platform release
• Proficiency in building and customizing Playbooks, Flows, and Workspaces
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field with 15+ years of work experience
