Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Clinical Initiatives and Informatics to lead informatics-driven transformation in Home and Community Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the clinical informatics lead for EHR implementation and optimization initiatives
• Design and execute informatics strategies aligned with clinical and operational priorities

Required Qualifications:
