Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support the Salesforce environment
- Analyze business processes to identify technology opportunities for improved efficiencies
- Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders and provide technical support for campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred
- 1-3 years of work-related experience in Information Technology
- Significant experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Experience in data extraction from large relational databases and reporting tools
