ServiceNow Discovery Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Discovery Administrator to join their IT department supporting the Discovery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Discovery patterns and data sources for multiple networks and instances
• Monitor discovery schedules and results, addressing stale CIs and troubleshooting discovery errors
• Create and update Discovery schedules for optimal performance and run-time

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Discovery
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB
• Experience with scripting languages including PowerShell, XML, JSON, and JavaScript
