Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer - Software Asset Management (SAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure ITAM processes using ServiceNow best practices
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow focusing on ITAM modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and participate in Agile ceremonies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow Platform
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development frameworks
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM suite and ITAM/ITSM modules
• Current certifications with ServiceNow (highly preferred)
