Network Specialist II - OSP Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Specialist II - Outside Plant Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design OSP projects and supervise consultants for outside plant construction and splicing operations
• Conduct audits of OSP projects to ensure compliance with standards and accuracy of documentation
• Create and analyze network designs using GIS tools and provide technical leadership on GIS product evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years of professional work experience
• 4+ years' experience in Voice, Data, and Video networking
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
• Experience with GIS and ESRi ArcGIS
• Thorough understanding of telecommunications industry principles
