Salesforce Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Development Manager to lead a team of administrators and oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and execution of Salesforce initiatives to optimize business processes
• Design, code, and implement custom applications and workflows to meet business requirements
• Manage the Salesforce roadmap and oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce applications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience with a minimum of 3 years in Salesforce Development
• 1+ year of people management experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its various clouds
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and familiarity with SOQL and SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization, along with best practices
