Conversational Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational Architect, Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery workshops to define business objectives, KPIs, user personas, and technical constraints
• Architect end-to-end conversational AI solutions and develop high-level solution designs and technical roadmaps
• Oversee and mentor a team of conversational engineers, ensuring design adherence and fostering best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in architecting and implementing complex virtual agent and conversational AI solutions
• Proven track record of successfully bringing large-scale virtual agents to market
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, NLP, and conversational design principles
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience guiding technical teams
• Proficiency in project management principles and experience overseeing CAI project lifecycles
