Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Engineer 2 to join their internal IT team and support business operations through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer hardware and software tools to empower employees

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues and educate employees on security best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT Infrastructure, or SaaS Operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills in a mixed-platform environment
• Proficient in administering core SaaS services like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office365
• Familiarity with MDM, automation using APIs, and virtualized infrastructure
• Interest in applying emerging AI technologies to IT business problems
