Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer Sr - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot firewall and VPN incidents, identifying root causes and making recommendations for resolution
• Review vulnerability and compliance risks, conducting fault analysis on perimeter devices and developing remediation plans
• Participate in on-call rotation and annual projects as assigned

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in large enterprise data center environments with Fortinet firewalls (larger models in clusters and High Availability setups) running 7.x code
• Experience with Cisco firewalls running FTD 7.4
• Expertise in configuring and administrating client VPNs using Cisco AnyConnect
• Proficiency with Fortinet tools: FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, Firepower Management Console, and FortiAuthenticator
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and handle weekend change windows
