Oracle Integration Cloud Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer - HCM (Global HR & Recruiting).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Global HR and Recruiting modules
• Create and manage BI Publisher (BIP) reports for HCM data extraction and automate data uploads into Fusion HCM
• Configure and monitor agents and connections to DBCS/ATP or other external systems while enforcing integration governance best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development experience
• Strong experience integrating with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in Global HR and Recruiting
• Experience with Smart View templates and macros for automating data loading
• Skilled in developing and modifying BI Publisher (BIP) reports for HCM integrations
• Proficiency in DBCS/ATP agent setup and monitoring
