Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Operations Manager to provide operational support and enhance IT processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve IT requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and communication groups
- Oversee asset and application lifecycle management, ensuring security and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in user onboarding/offboarding and asset inventory management
- Experience in application lifecycle management and documentation of procedures
- Familiarity with key IT systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, JAMF, and Okta
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand user needs
- Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
