IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Manager to provide operational support and enhance IT processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve IT requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and communication groups
• Oversee asset and application lifecycle management, ensuring security and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in user onboarding/offboarding and asset inventory management
• Experience in application lifecycle management and documentation of procedures
• Familiarity with key IT systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, JAMF, and Okta
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand user needs
• Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
