IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support complex systems software and hardware across multiple sites
• Monitor and respond to technical hardware and software issues using testing tools
• Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of system software and hardware configurations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT technology or an Associate degree with 3 years of technical experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years of IT experience
• Basic MacOS skills, including user accounts and file permissions
• Knowledge of shell scripting and device management profiles
• Experience with macOS, Microsoft 365, Entra, and Mac hardware troubleshooting
• MDM experience, specifically with Jamf Pro
