Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr IT Audit and Compliance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic compliance initiatives and oversee enterprise-level audits and assessments
• Enhance the control environment by building and managing the Unified Control Framework
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying control gaps and staying current on emerging regulations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT audit, security compliance, or risk management
• Hands-on experience with security frameworks and regulations such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA
• Experience conducting technical control assessments and writing audit-ready documentation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities
• Self-starter who is driven to build structure where needed
