Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist II responsible for implementing, administering, and supporting distributed systems with a focus on core Microsoft products and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Tier 2 issues efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations
- Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues and assist with P1 incidents or VIP customer needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of system changes and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Proficiency with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022/2025) and Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with virtualization technologies, primarily Hyper-V and VMware
- Strong understanding of firewall management and network protocols
- At least one advanced level certification is desired (e.g., AZ-104, CCNP, CompTIA Server+)
