AWS Cloud Software Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Cloud Software Architect to plan, design, and manage application implementation in AWS GovCloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business operations requirements and propose application solutions
• Establish application architecture and technology stack to meet client and development team needs
• Collaborate with teams to ensure uniform architecture and compliance with technical solutions and contract requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 8 years of relevant experience, with the possibility of substituting additional experience for education
• AWS and associated technologies experience; AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is desired
• Experience in building and architecting large scale applications, preferably in the Defense Health Agency (DHA)
• Ability to obtain Position of Public Trust - Medium Background Investigation (MBI) and U.S. Citizenship
