Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Certinia applications Administrator with proficiency in Certinia PSA
- Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce administration
- Certifications in Salesforce and Certinia (Admin level required)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with cross-functional teams
