Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OAST Application Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise on OAST software applications and evaluate business processes for improvement
• Support software programs across multiple business functions and analyze installed systems for implementation projects
• Configure applications and validate system changes to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in administrative areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or IT
• Experience configuring UKG Pro WFM for timekeeping, absence, and/or advanced scheduling
• Knowledge of Agile workflows
• Experience in software testing and systems documentation preparation
