Key Responsibilities
- Analyze database requirements and determine information needs and data flow
- Coordinate maintenance and changes to databases and implement new designs
- Monitor databases and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in database management systems and SQL
- Experience with database design, maintenance, and implementation
- Ability to provide direction to programmers and analysts
