Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise business applications strategy, ensuring scalability and operational excellence
• Assess existing application environments and identify opportunities for modernization and process improvement
• Act as a liaison between business units and technology organizations to translate business needs into scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise business applications or IT leadership roles, with 5+ years at the executive level
• Experience with business platforms such as Workday, NetSuite, or Salesforce
• Proven track record of scaling enterprise application strategies in high-growth organizations
• Expertise in governance, systems integration, and change management, particularly in Finance and PeopleOps
• Strong collaboration skills to engage effectively at both executive and operational levels
